We want you to love your purchase from 9 Treasures Furniture. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds apply only to eligible products returned in unused, original condition within 7 days of delivery/purchase.
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.
- Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom orders or special-made items
- Clearance or final sale products
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after purchase
Process:

Exchange Policy
We understand sometimes the wrong style, color, or size may be chosen — so we’re happy to offer exchanges.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of purchase/delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Exchange
Bring your item to our Brampton store or contact us to arrange an exchange. If the desired replacement is of higher value, the difference will need to be paid.
