At 9 Treasures Furniture, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible — from the moment you place your order to when your furniture arrives at your door.
Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver across Brampton, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and select regions in Canada. For locations outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us to confirm availability and shipping charges.
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, order size, and delivery location.
- Custom or special-order items may take longer and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery Charges:
- Delivery charges are calculated based on distance, order size, and any additional services requested (such as assembly or upstairs delivery).
- Exact delivery fees will be shared at checkout or by our in-store staff.
Delivery Experience:
- Our team ensures your furniture is delivered with care. Large items are brought into your home and placed in the room of your choice (ground floor by default; upper floors may involve additional charges).
- Assembly services can be requested at an additional cost.
Missed Deliveries:
If you are not available at the scheduled delivery time, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure someone is present to receive your order.
Damages During Delivery:
We take every precaution to deliver your furniture safely. In the rare case of visible damage upon delivery, please notify our delivery team immediately and contact us within 24 hours at 9TreasuresFurniture@gmail.com or call at (647) 277-5656.
In-Store Pickup:
Customers may also choose to pick up their furniture directly from our Brampton showroom:
